1. Check system for over-voltage cause
2. Increase the percent over-voltage setting if necessary
3. Increase the fault interrogation time if necessary
1. Turn OFF all power
2. Swap any 2 phases on the load side of the Monitor
only (example: swap load 1 and load 2)
3. Re-apply power
