The manufacturer’s warranty is void under the following circumstances
but not limited to:
Improper or inadequate maintenance or modification.
Accident, misuse, abuse, contamination, or other external causes.
The use of unspecified adapter and accessories.
Loss or damage in transit.
Damages that occurs as a result of one’s failure to follow the instruc-
tions.
This warranty does not apply to expendable or consumable parts and
does not extend to any product from which the serial number has been
removed.

automatically.
The massager will auto-
matically shut down after
20 minutes of continuous
work.
Press the Power
button to restart the
massager for another
20 minutes.
The massage head is
sticky.
The heating function is
turned on when using 2
additional massage heads.
DO NOT use the heat
function when attac-
hed the 2 additional
massage heads.
Can’t feel the heat /
Heat function is weak.
Heating time is too short. Wait for a while.
The overheat protection
function will shut off the
massager automatically
when it’s too hot.
Wait for the massager
to cool down before
restarting it.
