Cannot pick up
debris / Weak
suction power
• The dust cup is
full.
• The battery level
is low.
• The filter is too
dirty.
• Empty the dust cup.
• Recharge the battery.
• Remove the dust cup and
then clean the filter.
Debris overflowed
from the dust cup
• The dust cup
or filter is not
installed properly.
• There is too much
debris.
• Reinstall the dust cup and
filter.
• Empty the dust cup.
Device not
working
• The suction inlet,
dust cup, or the
filter is stuck.
• The accessories
or the pipe tools
are stuck.
• The battery level
is low.
• Clean the suction inlet,
dust cup, or filter.
• Clean the accessories and
pipe tools.
• Recharge the battery.
Cannot recharge
the battery
• The car charger
is not connected
correctly.
• Reconnect the vacuum
cleaner to the car charger
with the included USB
cable.
