2. Press and hold Iron Dry and
set the programme to position 4.
3. Release Iron Dry .

tion alternate on the display.
15.3 Running the basic appli-
ance care programme
To remove any dirt deposits in the
appliance, you can run the basic ap-
pliance care programme.
Notes
¡ The basic appliance care pro-
gramme runs for approximately
1hour.
¡ After a lengthy period of use, the
appliance reminds you to run the
basic appliance care programme.
Before the programme starts or
after the programme has ended,
the display shows the notification
"CrE " .This notification appears
repeatedly until you have run the
basic appliance care programme
through to the end.

1. Pour approx. 1.5litres of hot
mains water into the condensation
container.
Hold the filled condensation con-
tainer level so that no liquid spills
out.
2. Insert the condensation container
so that it locks into place.
3. Press Start/Pause .
a The appliance care programme
starts and a signal tone sounds.
a "End" appears on the display and
a signal tone sounds once the ap-
pliance care programme has
ended.
4. Pull out the condensation con-
tainer horizontally and empty it.

5. If you are draining the condensa-
tion water using the drain hose:
Remove the stopper from the
underside of the condensation
container.
Insert the stopper into the re-
cess on the top of the condens-
ation container.
6. Insert the condensation container
so that it locks into place.
