Remove spark plug
Add oil to cylinder
Turn start switch OFF/Store
Remove spark plug as shown in “Spark Plug Maintenance” on
page 46.
Add 2 tablespoons of 10W-30 motor oil directly into the
spark plug hole on each side, and pull the recoil to lubricate
cylinder. After lubricating cylinder reinstall the spark plug.
Turn the start switch to the OFF position to turn the generator
o and store the generator.
CAUTION: Do not obstruct any ventilation
openings and keep the generator in a cool dry
area.
