location hole on the
top of the Base and
then press the buckle
to connect the Vent
Assembly to the Base.
6. Replace Inhaler Mask.
7.
Connect the power cord to an electrical outlet.
Do not use with an extension cord. Press
the On/Off Switch; the Indicator Light will
illuminate in green.
8.
After 3-5 minutes, the Steam Inhaler will begin
to emit steam.
CAUTION: The water reservoir and water will
become very hot.
9.
Slide the Flow Lever left to decrease the
amount of steam and to the right to increase
the amount of steam. Place your face into the
mask. Do not rest your face on the Inhaler
Mask; this may cause steam to escape under
the mask or cause the inhaler to tip over.
Breathe normally through your nose and
mouth, inhaling steam into your nasal and
throat passages. Continue treatment for five
to fifteen minutes (see next section for how to
Regulate Steam Flow and Temperature).
WARNING: Never move or lift the inhaler while
it is in use. Steam is produced by boiling water;
tilting can cause water spill and possible burns.
10.
When treatment is completed, press On/Off
switch to switch off the device; the Indicator
Light will shut off. Disconnect the power cord
from the electrical outlet. Let the Steam Inhaler
cool before moving or refilling it (see the Care
and Maintenance section). Do not operate the
Steam Inhaler when it is empty.
How to Regulate Steam Flow and
Temperature
The Steam Inhaler features
an adjustable Vent
Assembly which allows
you to use the Flow Lever
to control the amount of
steam you inhale as well as
regulate temperature.
Using Inhalant Pads
This Steam Inhaler features an inhalant pad holder.
Ensure that the product is powered OFF before
inserting an Inhalant Pad.
1. You can use a menthol inhalant pad with your
steam inhaler to provide up to eight hours of
soothing menthol vapors.
2.
Open the Inhalant Pad by tearing a notch on
the pad bag. Do not touch the pad with your
hands. If the pad contacts your hands/fingers,
do not rub your face or eyes as it may cause
irritation.
3.
Place the Inhalant Pad on top of the Vent
Assembly. The center hole of the pad should
sit around the tabs.
4. Discard pad after use.
5 Care, Maintenance and
Disposal
CAUTION: Always disconnect the power cord from
the electrical outlet and let the steam inhaler cool
down for at least 20 minutes before cleaning.
After Each Use
1.
Remove Inhaler Mask and Vent Assembly and
