Notes (Danger and Warnning)
This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:
• sta kitchen areas in shops, oces and other working environments.
• farm houses.
• by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments.
• bed and breakfast type environments.
If the manufacturer wants to limit the use of the appliance to less than the above, this is clearly stated in the instructions. Before using this
product, please read this instruction carefully and keep it for future reference.
• Do not immerse the head and base in water or other liquid, nor ush with faucet.
• After the water in the distillation barrel is dried and automatically protected by tem-perature control, the machine head assembly shall be opened after
an inteal of about 10 minutes to avoid possible burns caused by the steam in the barrel.

• Before the product is connected to the power supply, conrm whether the marked voltage is consistent with the local used voltage.
• If the plug, socket or product is damaged, do not remove the machine for repair without permission, to avoid the wrong connection of the internal
circuit, resulting in power sho circuit and other dangers.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above if they have been given supeision or instruction concerning use of the appliance
in a safe way and if they understand the hazards involved. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children unless they are older than 8 and
supeised. Keep the appliance and its cord out of reach of children aged less than 8 years.
• This product is not suitable for children, people with physical or mental disorders, to avoid harm caused by wrong use.
• When taking the head components or cleaning products, turn OFF the ON/OFF switch rst, and unplug the power plug of the head components and
the host power plug.
• For the rst time, add 1.0L of water and 2 tablespoons of citric acid into the tank of the main engine, cover the head assembly, boil water with
electricity for about 20 minutes, after pouring out the water, rinse the tank and the distillation cover with clean water (the distilled water made for the
rst time cannot be drunk).
• When cleaning the interior, it is forbidden to use steel wire brush (velvet) and other hard aicles to scrub the inner tank of the main engine and the
inner tank of the machine head, so as to avoid scratches formed on the suace of the inner tank, which will cause di accumulation in the gap with
ne scratches.
• When it is necessa to stop the production, you can press the red ON/OFF switch below the display screen of the host machine.
There is no need to wait for the water in the tank of the host machine to d up completely.
• This product can continuously produce condensed water, that is, after the water in the tank is distilled, Turn OFF the display
ON/OFF switch and turn ON the nose component after an inteal of about 10 minutes. Add the water with the largest scale
into the inner tank of the main machine, and use it again according to the ON/OFF operation of the display screen.
• Installation and disassembly of outlet nozzle are shown in the diagram on the right (Figure 1) :

Use Instructions
Open the package, take out the machine (the whole machine extension head and host machine), extract the head, and take out the inner pas of the
tank. If it is a glass bottle, assemble the handle of the cup and make sure the handle is rmly assembled.
Ⅱ. Make distilled wine
1. Put the steaming rack into the liner of the main engine and place the materials used for steaming wine on it.
2. Place the machine head on the main machine (check whether the sealing ring of the machine head is properly installed or leaking), inse the
connecting power plug (product plug) of the machine head into the socket of the machine head, and inse the power cord plug (product plug) into the
power socket of the machine head.
3. After making sure that the plug is properly connected and fastened, inse the power plug into the wall socket and display "--" on both screens.
Ⅰ. Make distilled water
1. Add the water with the maximum scale water level into the tank of the main engine (do not exceed the water level).
2. Place the machine head on the main machine (check whether the sealing ring of the machine head is properly installed or leaking), inse the
connecting power plug (product plug) of the machine head into the socket of the machine head, and inse the power cord plug (product plug) into the
power socket of the machine head.
3. After making sure that the plug is properly connected and fastened, inse the power plug into the wall socket and display "--" on both screens.
4. Press the red ON/OFF switch at the bottom left of the display screen, the default temperature is 105 ON the left display screen, and the current
temperature is displayed ON the right display screen. Stop for 1 second, the head fan stas to work, and the host enters the heating state.
5.Put the bottle inlet mouth match with the outlet mouth of the host, when the host heating about 30 minutes, distilled water sta drops from the host
mouth slowly ,it will automatic boil d protected after the water d up , the display shows "E1", and display "--" when the temperature go down, then
to be able to add water again to sta next cycle.

Cleaning
• If the shell is soiled, wipe it with a exible cloth.
• After each use of the main engine tank, clean the residual fouling with clean water, and at least burn the cleaning reagent (citric acid) recommended by
our company eve month.
• Add 1.0L water and 2 tablespoons citric acid into the tank of the main engine, without covering the head component, boil water for about 30 minutes
after electrifying, then pour out the water and use it to clear Rinse with water. If scale cannot be removed at one time, the above method can be
repeated for cleaning.
• If it is a plastic outlet, it is recommended to replace it eve 2 to 3 months.
Common Exceptions and Handing
• Undistilled water drops out
a. The power supply of the host and the power socket of the machine head are not plugged into the socket. Please check and plug it again.
4. Click "ON " on the red ON/OFF switch at the bottom of the screen, the left display shows the default temperature 105, right display shows the current
temperature, can according to the requirements of wine, at this time by pressing the left button at the bottom of the screen to adjust the left display
wine temperature (the lowest temperature can be set at 45 degrees, the highest can be set up to 108 degrees), stop after 1 second, the nose fans began
to work, the host into heating state, the right display will change with temperature change, after heated to set temperature, around the display screen
numerical agreement entered into a state of constant temperature, until the wine is completed, press the ON/OFF switch (turn OFF) red,Unplug the plug.
b. Did not press the sta button (the red indicator light did not go on).
c. No water is added to the main engine tank.

Package Content
• When staing power supply or working process displays "E1"
a: Temperature protected, it will reset naturally.
b: If the machine shows "E1" all the time, it needs to be repaired and replaced.
• When the power supply or working process displays "F"
a.Abnormal temperature sensor needs repair and replacement.
• The head assembly water boiling process shaking or water ovelow
a. The water in the main engine tank exceeds the scale line of the maximum water level.
b. If the head component is not installed in place in conjunction with the host machine, it shall be taken out and replaced on the host machine, and the
eect of placement shall be properly felt by hand.
c. The sealing ring of the machine head component is not installed well, it needs to be taken out and reinstalled.
d. The outlet nozzle is clogged with di precipitation, and the outlet nozzle needs to be replaced or cleaned.
• The amount of water distilled each time is not enough
a. The water in the main engine tank does not reach the maximum water level scale.
b. Leakage or poor sealing of the sealing ring of the nose assembly shall be checked, and the sealing ring shall be reinstalled or replaced with a new one.
c. No water is added to the tank of the main engine.
d. The outlet nozzle of the machine head is not properly installed, which needs to be removed and reinstalled.
When opening the package, please conrm whether the following items are complete item by item so that you can use this product eectively.
