● Oil level is between the upper and lower

● Brake fluid level is above the LOWER level

● Side stand functions properly 2 P. 68
Before riding off-road check all of the preceding
plus the following:
● Make sure spokes are tight. Check the rims

● Oil level is between the upper and lower

● Be sure the fuel fill cap is securely fastened

● Clutch lever operates smoothly. Adjust

● Check for loose cables and other parts, and
anything that appears abnormal

Use a wrench to check the tightness of all
accessible nuts, bolts and fasteners
