3．Operation steps
a、Put the mixer on a flat working interface and turn on the power.
b、Press the tube that needs to be mixed vertically and gently on the rubber
swivel head. Instrument can be used for mixed liquid medium
c、Turn on the power, turn on the power switch, and slowly adjust the speed
control knob to the required speed
d、After the experiment, turn off the switch and cut off the power supply to
ensure safety.
4. Precautions for use
a、It is forbidden to move the instrument during operation, and it is forbidden to
extend the finger into the movement gap.
b、When the instrument is working, keep the table level. When cleaning the
instrument, disconnect the power supply first.
c、When the machine is working at high speed, there should be a special person
to take care of it. Don't stack heavy objects on the workbench.
d、When stopping working, the speed control knob must be placed in the
minimum position, the switch must be turned off, and the power supply must be
cut off.
5．Repair and maintenance
a、The instrument does not need special maintenance, and the natural wear of
parts is normal.
b、The power supply of the instrument must be disconnected before cleaning,
and only the cleaning solution approved by the company can be used when
cleaning the instrument。
c、It should be stored in a dry, ventilated place without corrosive gas.
d、Check every six months during continuous work.
