1. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS.
2. After unpacking, make sure that the appliance is intact with no signs of damage
caused by transport. If in doubt, do not use the appliance and contact us immediately
at 1-800-788-6588.
3. Ensure that the appliance is securely grounded to the appropriate voltage wall outlet.
4. The surface of the cooktop will get extremely hot during operation. Do not the touch
the surface or hotplate when the appliance is operating or cooling down after use.
5. Do not allow the cord to touch the hotplate during operation or cooling down after
use.
6. Do not leave the appliance unattended whilst in operation.
7. Do not leave the appliance without supervision when oil and/or fat is being heated.
8. To protect against re, electric shock, and injuries, DO NOT IMMERSE THE CORD OR
PLUG IN WATER OR OTHER LIQUIDS.
9. CLOSE SUPERVISION IS REQUIRED WHEN USING THE UNIT NEAR OR BY CHILDREN.
10. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow at least 30 minutes for
the unit to cool down before cleaning and storing.
11. Do not operate the appliance if it has a damaged cord or plug, or after it has
malfunctioned or has been damaged in any manner.
12. Do not operate the appliance outdoors without taking the adequate precautions .
13. Do not let the power cord hang over the edge of tables or counters, or touch hot
surfaces.
14. Do not place on or near hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated oven.
15. Keep clear of any ammable materials such as curtains, clothes, etc.
16. Do not place metallic objects such as cutlery or utensils directly on the heating plates
as they will get extremely hot and may result in serious injuries.

1. Always ensure the appliance is unplugged from the power outlet and has thoroughly
cooled down before cleaning or storing. Please allow at least 30 minutes for the
appliance to cool down.
2. Wipe clean with a slightly damp soapy cloth and dry with a paper towel immediately.
Do not use any abrasive cleaning agents nor allow water to spill or seep into the unit.
Never immerse the cooktop, cord or plug in water or any other liquid.
3. Ensure that there is no standing water left after cleaning and store in a cool, dry place.
