BOOSTER MODE
WARNING! use ONLY the vehicle lap and shoulder belt
system when restraining the child in the booster seat.
•
DO NOT use a lap belt only!
• DO NOT use with detachable base.
• DO NOT use with adjustable bottom lowered.
•
DO NOT use if the child’s shoulders are not at or
above the 4th harness slot.
ALWAYS secure the child restraint when it is unoccupied
using the vehicle lap/shoulder belt or LATCH/UAS
connectors. It could injure other occupants in a sudden
stop or collision.
BOOSTER MODE INSTALLATION
1. Remove the 5-Point harness (see pg 70).
2. Place car seat forward-facing in back seat
of the vehicle. The entire seat bottom
should sit as at as possible on the
vehicle seat. If overhang is
present refer to page 55.
