Cleaning the tumble dryer
The external metal, plastic and rubber parts can be cleaned with a damp cloth.
At least every two or three months you MUST clean fluff build up around the filter housing and the vent tube. Check the vent
tube and any permanent venting fixture to make sure that there has been no accumulation of fluff or lint.
Do not use solvents or abrasives.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Cleaning the door lter after each cycle.
Pull the filter out and clean it by removing the
lint from the filter surface under running water or
using a vacuum cleaner. For optimal performance,
dry up the filter before inserting it back in
place. Do not use the dryer without having
reinserted the lter in place.
Remove the door filter as described below:
1. Open the door and pull the filter upwards.
2. Remove the lint from all its parts. Replace the
filter correctly making sure it is fully seated.
The filter is an essential part for drying. It is
intended to collect the lint formed during the
drying process. If the lter is clogged, the air ow
inside the dryer can become seriously aected:
this will increase the drying time and energy
consumption, and could damage the dryer.
