3. Remove the rod.

4. Remove 2 screws, the felt pad, the washers, and

the sleeves, and then remove the shear blades.

5. Remove the blade cover, and then attach it to the

new shear blades.

6. Adjustthecranksothat2holesarelinedupon

the alignment line.

7. Aligntheprotrusionsontheshearbladesvertically

at the same position.

8. Attach the felt pad to the shear blades.
