Lap Belt Installation
1. Open the CLICKTIGHT.
a. Press the dimple on
the CLICKTIGHT
dial.
b. Rotate dial clockwise
until CLICKTIGHT
releases and lift to
open.
2. Attach the anti-rebound
bar, if included (see page
28).
3. Recline the unoccupied
child seat and place
rear-facing on the vehicle
seat. Ensure that no more
than 3 in. (7.6 cm) of the
base hangs over the edge
of the vehicle seat (see
pages 26-27).
4. Slide the vehicle belt into
the rear-facing belt slots.
5. Ensure the vehicle belt is
not twisted and buckle
the seat belt.
6. Lock and remove slack
from the vehicle belt.
NOTE: Ensure that the
vehicle belt is locked as
directed by your vehicle
owner’s manual.
