Important Safety Instructions
1. Read all instructions before using this heater.
2. This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. If provided,
use handles when moving this heater. Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows,
bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 0.9 m from the front of the heater and keep them
away from the sides and rear.
3. Extreme caution is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and
whenever the heater
is left operating and unattended.
4. Always unplug heater when not in use.
5. Do not operate any heater with a damaged cord or plug or after the heater malfunctions, has
been dropped or
damaged in any manner. Discard heater, or return to authorized service facility for examination
and/or repair.
6. Do not use outdoors.
7. This heater is not intended for use in bathrooms, laundry areas and similar indoor locations.
Never locate heater where it may fall into a bathtub or other water container.
8. Do not run cord under carpeting. Do not cover cord with throw rugs, runners, or similar coverings.
Do not route cord under furniture or appliances. Arrange cord away from traffic area and where it
will not be tripped over.
9. To disconnect heater, turn controls to off, then remove plug from outlet.
10. Connect to properly grounded outlets only.
11. Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may
cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.
12. To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft
surfaces, like
a bed, where openings may become blocked.
13. A heater has hot and arcing or sparking parts inside. Do not use it in areas where gasoline,
paint, or flammable liquids are used or stored.
14. Use this heater only as described in this manual. Any other use not recommended by the
manufacturer may cause fire, electric shock, or injury to persons.
15. Always plug heaters directly into a wall outlet/receptacle. Never use with an extension cord or
relocatable power tap (outlet/power strip).
16. The heater must not be located immediately below a socket outlet.
17. WARNING: In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.
18. CAUTIONsome parts of this product can become very hot and cause burns. Particular
attention has to be given where children and vulnerable people are present.
19. Regarding the instructions for replacing lamp and installation, thanks to refer to the below
paragraphs of the manual.

The heater shall be installed into a location that has an opening with dimensions below:
• Width: minimum 745mm
• Height: minimum 525mm
• Depth: minimum 235mm
· Make sure the distance between the appliance and the wall is more than 100mm
· Make sure the distance between the appliance and two sides, top of the mantel is more than
100mm.
· Plug in the appliance and push the appliance slowly into the mantel.
·Fix the fireplace with the fixing bracket and screw (see Fig.1 in circle)
Instructions for Use
The appliance can be operated either by the switches located at the front right hand side above the
fire or by the supplied remote control.
Manual Operation
· The switches located at the front right hand side above the fire .The standby switch must be first
switch on.
· Press once the O/I button to turn on the appliance and flame effect. A red indicator light will
appear to indicate that the function is ON. Press the O/I button for 3 seconds this will operate the
dimmer mode.
· Press the 750W button once for the low heat settings; press twice to switch off the heat setting.
· Press the 1500W button once for the high heat settings; press twice to switch off the heat setting.
Remote Operation
· The standby switch located at the front right hand side above the fire must be first switch on..
· It takes some time for the receiver to respond to the transmitter. Do not PRESS the buttons more than once
within two seconds for correct operation.
1) Connect the power
2) Turn on the power switch
3)Press the ON/OFF key of the remote controller to start up
4) Press the 750W button for the low heat settings; press twice to switch off the heat setting.
5) Press the 1500W button for the high heat settings; press twice to switch off the heat setting.

6) Press the DIMMER button for operate the dimmer mode.
Safety Cut-Off
This appliance is fitted with a safety cut-off which will operate if the fire overheats (e.g. Due to blocked air vents).
For safety reasons, the fire will NOT automatically reset.
To reset the appliance, disconnect the appliance from the mains supply for at least 15 minutes. Reconnect the
supply to the mains and switch on the appliance.
Troubleshooting

Cleaning and Maintenance
Warning- Always disconnect from the mains supply before cleaning heater.
For general cleaning use a soft clean duster - never use harsh abrasive or cleaners.
The glass viewing screen should be cleaned carefully with a soft cloth. DO NOT use proprietary
glass cleaners.
This product does not use a standard bulb for its flame effect. The appliance uses an electronically
controlled LED system to create the effect, therefor no parts need to be replaced. There are no
user-serviceable parts on this appliance. Under no circumstances should the appliance be serviced
be anyone other than a qualified electrician.
Disposal
At the end of the product’s serviceable life it should be disposed of thoughtfully and safely in
accordance with local authority regulations. The plug should be Removed from the power supply
cord and the power cord cut from the heater
