The “8-30” toaster was one of the most efficient at the time. At just
over £1 it was also one of the cheapest. This was a two slice model
in chrome plated steel. Even back in 1939 Swan was at the forefront
of product i nnovation. This toaster w as one o f the first t o have a
special plate on top for warming buns/muffins etc.
