Using the Wall-Mounted
Door Control
Press the push button to open or close the
door. Press again to reverse the door during
the closing cycle or to stop the door while it's
opening.
To Open the Door Manually
To prevent possible SERIOUSINJURYor DEATHfrom a
falling garage door:
• If possible, useemergency releasehandle to disengage
trolley ONLYwhen garage door is CLOSED.Weak or
brokensprings or unbalanceddoor could result in an
open door falling rapidly and/or unexpectedly.
• NEVERuse emergencyreleasehandleunless garage
doorway is clearof persons and obstructions.
• NEVERuse handleto pull door open or closed. If rope
knot becomesuntied, you could fall.
The door should be fully
closed if possible. Pull down
on the emergency release
handle and lift the door
manually. To reconnect the
door to the opener, press the
door control push button.

MANUAL DISCONNECT
POSITION
The lockout feature prevents Fto,,_,'.___"_'Y
the trolley from reconnecting
automatically, Pull the _.... e
release handle __/,_rm
emergency
down and back (toward the Emergency__
opener). The door can then be ReleaseHandle_[_
raised and lowered manually (DownandBack)
as often as necessary, To
disengage the lockout feature, LOCKOUTPOSITION
pull the handle straight down.
The trolley will reconnect on
the next UP or DOWN operation.
