Check Your Heart Rate
You can use a voice command to check your heart rate or open the Fit
app to access heart rate monitoring. See the Show me my heart rate
section for more information.
1 From the watch face, say “OK Google. Show me my heart rate.".
2 Your watch automatically takes your heart rate, then you can swipe up
to see your measurement history.
OR
1 Press and hold the Power Button to access the apps list, then open
the Fit app and swipe left to the Heart rate screen.
2 Swipe up to see your measurement history or tap to take your
heart rate measurement.
Downloading Other Apps
You can see a list of recommended apps in the Play Store app.
Open the Android Wear app on your phone to download more apps
for your phone and watch to use.
