HOW TO USE THE MICROWAVE
Multi-Stage Cooking
A maximum of two different stages can be set. For instance, you can set
the microwave to defrost an item and then follow it with a cooking
cycle.
Note: The buzzer will ring once after each stage and then the next stage
will proceed.
Note: The Auto menu and speedy cooking cannot be set as one of the
cooking stages.
If one of the stages is for defrosting this should be programmed to come
on first .
Example: If you want to defrost your food for 5 minutes, then to cook
with 80% microwave power for 7 minutes, then the steps are as follows:
1. Press the ‘TIME DEFROST’ button once; the screen will then display
“dEF 2 ”.
2. Press the ‘-’ or ‘+’ buttons to adjust the defrost time to 5 minutes.
3. Then press the ‘MICROWAVE’ button twice; the screen will display
‘P80’ (80% power).
4. Press the ‘START/+30 SEC/CONFIRM’ button to confirm.
5. Press the ‘-’ or ‘+’ buttons to adjust the cooking time to 5 minutes.
6. Press the ‘START/+30 SEC/CONFIRM’ button to start the multi-stage
cooking process.
