Before Setting Oven ControMs
Some models are equipped with a blower which runs in baking and self°cleaning mode to keep
all internal components at a cooJ temperature, It is possible that the blower keeps running even if the range has
been turned off, until the components have cooled down,
Arranging Oven Racks
ALWAYS ARRANGEOVEN RACKSWHEN THE OVENISCOOL (PRIORTO OPERATINGTHE OVEN).Always useoven mitts when
tile oven is hot.
Oven Vent Location
The oven vent islocated at right side of
the front panel and visible when the
oven door isopen. When the oven is on,
hot air is released through the vents. This
venting isnecessaryfor proper airdrculation
in the oven and good baking results.

Removing and Replacing
Oven Racks
To remove, pull the rack forward until it
stops.Lift upfront of rack and slideout. To
replace, fit the rackonto the guideson the
ovenwalls.Tiltthe front of the rackupward
and slide tile rack back into place.

To bake on a singJe rack, place tile rack in
position 2 or 3. To bake on 2 racks, place the
racks in positions 2 and 3. o

Air Circulation in the Oven
If using 1 rack, place in center of oven. If using multiple racks,stagger cookware asshown.
For best air circulation and baking results allow 2-4" (5-10 cm) around the cookware for
proper air circulation and be sure pans and cookware do not touch each other, the oven
door, sides or back of the oven cavity. The hot air must circulate around the pans and
cookware in the oven for even heat to reach around the food. Multiple Oven Racks
