1.Connect the plug to the power source. The Power indicator should
flash and the massager is in standby.
2.Please remove the protective film from the touch panel before use.
Press the Power button. The Kneading and Air Compression will be at
default low level (L). The default auto shut-off will be 15 minutes with
the indicator light red.
3.Press the Time button to change the auto shut-off to 30 minutes and
the indicator light will turn blue.
4.Press the Kneading and Air Compression buttons to adjust the
kneading and air compression intensity (L, M, H).
5.Press the Heat button to turn on/off the heating function.
6.The foot massager fits up to US Men's size 12 (EU Men's size 46).
If using an extension cord:The technical specifications of the
extension cord must match or exceed the technical specifications of
this appliance.Do not allow the cord to hang over the edge of the work
surface or to come into contact with stoves or other hot surfaces.If the
cord or plug are worn or damaged, do not use.
