WRINKLE CARE
Wrinkle Care Option (onsomemodels)
Use this option to mininfize the wrinkles
in clothes. It provides ai)i)roMmately
15 minutes of no-heat rambling after
the clothes are dry.
This option can only be used with the
COTTONSand EASYCAREcvcles.
If you are using the CYCLESIGNAL knob
and wm select the WRINKLECAREopfion,
a signal will sound at the end of the dxTing
time and several times during the WRINKLE
CAREcvcle. This will remind w)u that it is
time to remove the clothes.
If WRINKLE CAREis not on, the dxn'er will
stop once the timer reaches the WRINKLE
CAREmmkon the cycle dial.
Cycle Signal Option (onsomemodels)
This signal will sound just befin'e the end
of the cycle to remind you to remove the
clothes. On some models, the signal sound
level cannot be a(!justed.
If w)u selected the WRINKLECAREoption,
the signal will sound at the end ot the
(h?'ing time and will sound several times
dulJng the WRINKLE CAREcycle. This will
remind w_u that it is time to remove the
clothes.
NOTE:
• Remove garments promptly at the sound
of the signal Place clothes on hangers so
wrinkles won't set in.
• Usethe Cycle Signal especially when
drying fabrics like polyester knits and
permanent press. These fabrics should
be removedso wrinkles wen't set in.
Automatic Cycle Signal (onsomemodels)
At the end of each cycle there is
approMmately 15 minutes of no-heat
rambling alter the laundry is dry:
A reminder signal will sound periodically
during this time to remind you to remove
the laundry:
Drum Lamp (onsomemodels)
Before replacing the light bulb, be sure to
unl)lug tile dryer power cord or disconnect
the dryer at the household distribution
panel by removing the fllse or switching
off the circuit breaker; Reach above dryer
opening from inside the dram, Remove the
bulb and replace with the same size bulb.
Drying Rack (onsomemodels)
A handy drying ra(k may be used fin" (hying
delicate items such as washable sweate_.
Hook the rack over the lint filmr so the rack
extends into the dryer drum.
NOTE:
• Thedryingrackmustbe usedwiththe
TIMEDCYCLE.
• Do not usethis drying rack when there
are other clothes in the dryer.
Stainless Steel Drum (on some models)
The stainless steel used to make the
d_'er drum provides tile highest reliabili_i
available in a GE d_Te_; If the d_yer drum
should be scratched or dented during
nomml use, the drum Mll not rust or
corrode. These surii_ce blemishes will
not affect the flmction or durability of
the drum.
