#1 Does it operate from a 120vac outlet? I don't see an A/C cord in any of the illustrations.

The SC1320 must be plugged into an A/C outlet in order to operate

#2 Does unit make a sound when chargeing?

Mine make a little buzzing sound when it is working. Not very loud at all. Have to listen closely to hear it.

#3 What does it mean if the on light and the battery light are pulsing green? yellow flashing is supposed to mean charging and solid green charged?

I thing flashing green means it's changed to keeping up the charge, like a trickle charger and fully charged.

#4 Will this charge a 14ah generator battery?

Yes, this unit will charge a 14AMP hour battery

#5 Will this charge a lawnmower battery?

Use charger for charging LEAD-ACID (STD or AGM) rechargeable batteries with recommended rated capacities of 12Ah (6V) and 44-68Ah (12V).

#6 Just bought this charger. when charging my riding lawn mower batteries the light never goes green. am i doing something wrong? light just stays orange

The green light is just a power on. The charger has lights for the power you choose and turn off when charge is full. This is made for car batteries be careful with your mower battery. I use it on mine, doesn’t take an hour to charge enough to start my mower.

#7 Which is better 6 amp or 8 amp?

The only difference is how fast it will change. 6 amp is slower then the 8 amp but I feel you get a better charge with the 6 as it charges slower.

#8 Will this charge a very dead battery? Will it charge when battery only has 1 volt? Is there a trick to charge it starting from 0 volts in battery?

1. No, the charger needs to feel some type of voltage before it will release voltage
