1 Instructions
1.1 General safety instructions
• During use the appliance and its
accessible parts become very
hot. Keep children at a safe
distance.
• Never touch the heating
elements during use.
• Protect your hands by wearing
oven gloves when moving food
inside the oven.
• Never try to put out a fire or
flames with water: Turn off the
appliance and smother the
flames with a fire blanket or
other appropriate cover.

Installation and maintenance
• THIS APPLIANCE MUST NOT

• To avoid potential overheating,
the appliance must not be
installed behind a decorative

1.7 How to read the user manual
This user manual uses the following reading
conventions:
1.8 To save energy
• Only preheat the appliance if the recipe
requires you to do so.
• Unless otherwise indicated on the
package, defrost frozen foods before
placing them in the oven.
• When cooking several types of food it is
recommended to cook the foods one
after the other to make the best use of the
already hot oven.
• Use dark metal moulds: They help to
absorb the heat better.
• Remove all trays and racks which are not
required during cooking.
• Stop cooking a few minutes before the
time normally used. Cooking will
continue for the remaining minutes with
the heat which has accumulated inside
the oven.
• Reduce any opening of the door to a
minimum to avoid heat dispersal.

1 Remote control indicator light (on

2.3 Other parts
Shelves
The appliance features shelves to position
trays and racks at different heights. The
insertion heights are indicated from the
bottom upwards (see ”General
description”).
Oven lighting
The appliance’s interior lighting comes on:
• When the door is opened.
• Touch the light symbol when the oven
is in operation to manually activate or
deactivate the oven light, apart from when
the VAPOR CLEAN (multifunction
models) and PYROLYTIC (pyrolytic
models) functions are in use.
Cooling fan
The fan cools the oven and comes into
operation during cooking.
The fan causes a steady outflow of air from
above the door which may continue for a
brief period of time even after the appliance
has been turned off.
In order to save energy, the light
turns off after about one minute
from the start of cooking or
whenever the door is opened (this
function can be disabled via the
secondary menu).

2.4 Advantages of steam assisted
cooking
The steam assisted cooking system cooks
all types of food much more gently and
quickly, and is best for preparations such
as:
• Braising and stewing
• Cooking sauces
• Cooking au gratin
•Roasting
• Slow cooking
• Regeneration
• Multi mode cooking
Variations in temperature and humidity level
allow the desired gastronomic result to be
achieved.
The addition of steam enables less fat to be
used, for healthier, more natural cooking. It
also minimises the loss of food weight and
volume during cooking.
Steam assisted cooking is particularly
suitable for meat: in addition to making it
very tender, it also maintains the shine, and
makes it more succulent.
Also recommended for leavened dough
and bread products. Indeed, moisture
enables the dough to grow and develop
during cooking, before the outer crust forms.
This results in a lighter and more easily
digestible dough, which can be recognised
by the larger pockets of air in the dough.
2.5 Accessories
Tray
Useful for collecting fat from foods placed
on the rack above.
Deep tray
Useful for collecting fat from foods placed
on the rack above and for cooking pies,
pizzas, baked desserts, biscuits, etc.

Preliminary operations
1. Remove any protective film from the
outside or inside of the appliance,
including accessories.
2. Remove any labels (apart from the
technical data plate) from the
accessories and from the oven cavity.
3. Remove all the accessories from the

4. Heat the empty oven at the maximum
temperature to burn off any residues left
by the manufacturing process.

3.1 Using the accessories
Tray rack
The tray rack has to be inserted into the tray.
In this way fat can be collected separately
from the food which is being cooked.
Racks and trays
Racks and trays have to be inserted into the
side guides until they come to a complete
stop.
• The mechanical safety locks that prevent
the rack from being removed
accidentally must face downwards and
towards the back of the oven.
Gently insert racks and trays into
the oven until they come to a stop.
Clean the trays before using them
for the first time to remove any

to “English” by default. It is recommended

Deactivating the display
Reactivating the display
To reactivate the display when it is off:
• Turn one of the two knobs.
The display turns on after a few seconds.
The display shows the main menu when it is
switched on again.
The current time can also be set or
modified by touching the time
indicated on the display for at
least 3 seconds.
When the “ Show the time”
mode is set to Off, if the time
display is shown, the display will
switch off automatically after 2
minutes.
Put the knobs back to their starting

Selecting a steam assisted cooking
function
1. Touch the time indicated on the display.
2. Touch the COOKING button on
the “main menu”.
3. Select the required steam assisted
function (for example “FAN ASSISTED +
STEAM ”).
4. Touch the TEMPERATURE button or
the relative value.
5. Scroll through the values and select the
required cooking temperature (for
example “200°C”).
Steam assisted cooking is ideal for
preparing moist cakes, bread and
for tender roast meats.

General information regarding the steam
level
Level 1: comparable to cooking with a lid, it
is suitable for preparing pizzas, large
sausages, whole pork fillets, chicken
breasts, fish steaks, quiches, stewed
vegetables, bread...
Level 2: recommended for roast chicken,
turkey breast, pork loin, medium size fish,
roasted potatoes, low temperature cooking
of large lean roasts, pasteurisation, egg
pasta...
Level 3: comparable to cooking with a lid
and with the addition of wine. It is
recommended for braised meats, stews,
shoulder roasts, large fish, casseroles,
stewed potatoes, fish and vegetables
stews.....
The hours and minutes can be
selected separately.
The steam level that can be
selected depends on the set
cooking duration:
Level 1: always available
Level 2: 30 minutes and upwards
Level 3: 45 minutes and upwards

12. Touch the CONFIRM button.
The expected end of cooking time
appears under the duration (in the
example “13:15”).
13. Touch the START button to start the
reservoir filling procedure.
Filling the reservoir
1. Fill a jug with sufficient water for the
cooking duration.
2. Open the oven door.
3. Rest the jug on the open door.
4. Remove the tube from its seat.
The minutes required for pre-
heating are already included in the
end-of-cooking time.
Use cold tap water which is not
too hard, softened water or still
mineral water.
Do not use distilled water, tap
water with a high chloride
content (> 40 mg/l), or other
liquids.
PLEASE NOTE: overall weight of
the jug containing the water must
be less than 5 kg.

5. Immerse the end of it into the jug until it
reaches the bottom.
6. Press the START button to start filling
the reservoir with water.
7. When finished, shake the tube in order to
remove any remaining water.
8. Place the tube back into its seat and
remove the jug.
The appliance will automatically
draw the quantity of water
necessary for cooking on the basis
of the set duration.
In the event that the water runs out,
the appliance will automatically
stop the cooking process, a
buzzer will sound and the display
will show a request to fill the
reservoir with water.

9. Close the door.
10. Touch the CONFIRM button to
confirm that you have finished filling the
reservoir.
The appliance starts the function using the
parameters set.
Pre-heating
Combination cooking is always preceded
by the pre-heating stage that allows the
oven to heat up to the set cooking
temperature.
This stage is indicated by a progressive
increase in the temperature level reached.
After pre-heating, a buzzer will sound and
a message will appear on the display to
indicate that the food can be put in the
oven.
When the door is closed, a system
will automatically draw in any
residual water in the tube to avoid
drips. A bubbling noise may be
heard; this is completely normal.
Each time the door is opened, the
function in progress will stop and
then automatically restart when the
door is closed again.
Unless otherwise indicated in the
recipe, it is not recommended to
place food in the oven during the
preheating stage.
To disable pre-heating, touch the
relative button .

1. Open the door.
2. Place the food inside the oven.
3. Close the door.
4. Touch the START button to start
cooking.
End of steam cooking
At the end of cooking, Function ended
appears on the display and a buzzer
sounds briefly, which can be deactivated
by touching any point of the display or by
opening the door.
Removing the residual water
At the end of steaming, the water can be
emptied from the reservoir.
1. Touch the HOME button to exit from
the function: the appliance prompts you
to drain the water from the reservoir.
2. Stand to the side of the appliance and
open the door ajar for a few seconds to
allow excess steam to escape.
3. Fully open the door when safe to do so
and cautiously remove the food from the
oven.
4. Rest a jug on the open door.
If you want to change the type of
function during the preheating or
cooking phase, you will only be
able to select a traditional cooking
function.
We recommend emptying the
reservoir each time you finish
using the appliance to avoid
scale build-up.

5. Extract the tube from its seat and insert its
end into the jug.
6. Press the START button to start
draining the water into the jug.
When complete, the display will indicate
that the residual water removal process is
complete.
7. Touch the CONFIRM button.
8. Shake the tube in order to remove any
remaining water.
It is only possible to drain the water
when the door is open. Always
make sure that you have removed
the tube from its seat and inserted
its end into the jug (or container)
before pressing the START
button to start the emptying cycle.

remove the jug.
10. Using a sponge, remove the
condensation from the base and walls
of the oven cavity and from the door
glass.
Steam assisted cooking functions
Take care: the water may be very
hot.
FAN ASSISTED + STEAM
Intense heat is created by injections of
steam that speed up cooking but allow the
food to remain soft and moist. Ideal for
biscuits, cakes and cooking on more than
one level.
CIRCULAIRE + STEAM
Intense heat is created by injections of
steam that speed up cooking but allow the
food to remain soft and moist. Ideal for
biscuits, cakes and cooking on more than
one level
TURBO + STEAM
Allows rapid cooking on multiple levels
without mixing aromas. Ideal for large
volumes of food or intense cooking. The
injection of steam speeds up cooking
without drying out the food.
FAN GRILL + STEAM
The intense heat from the grill is distributed
by the fan along with injections of steam;
this creates optimal conditions for grilling
even thick slices of meat without drying them
out.
CIRCULAIRE + BOTTOM +
STEAM
Intense heat is created by injections of
steam that speed up cooking, but allow the
food to remain soft and moist. Ideal for pies.

Selecting a traditional cooking function
1. Touch the time indicated on the display.
2. Touch the COOKING button on
the “main menu”.
3. Scroll through the display from right to left
to access the traditional functions menu.
4. Select the required function (for example
“FAN ASSISTED ”).
5. Touch the START button (at the lower
right ) to start pre-heating.
Pre-heating
Cooking is preceded by the pre-heating
stage that allows the oven to heat up to the
set cooking temperature.
This stage is indicated by a progressive
increase in the temperature level reached.
Each time the door is opened, the
function in progress will stop and
then automatically restart when the
door is closed again.

Using the temperature probe (on some
models only)
ECO
Low energy cooking: this function is
particularly suitable for cooking on a single
shelf with low energy consumption.
It is recommended for all types of food
except those that may produce a large
amount of moisture (e.g. vegetables).
To obtain maximum energy savings and
reduce cooking times, it is recommended
not to preheat the oven before placing food
in it.
When using the ECO function,
avoid opening the door during
cooking.
Cooking times are longer with the
ECO function.
The ECO function is a delicate
cooking function and is
recommended for cooking that
does not require temperatures
higher than 200°C. It is
recommended that you select a
different function for cooking at
higher temperatures.

Temperature probe
With the temperature probe, roasts, pork
loin and various cuts and sizes of meat can
be cooked to perfection, even if contained
in plastic oven bags (suitable for cooking)
or wrapped in aluminium foil.
The temperature probe, indeed, allows
foods to be cooked to perfection because it
accurately monitors the core temperature of
the food, which is measured by a sensor
located in the tip of the probe.
Positioning the probe
1. Place the food on a tray.
2. Insert the tip of the probe into the food
before placing it in the oven cavity.
3. For best results, make sure that the
temperature probe is placed transversely
in the thickest part of the food and for
least 3/4 of its length. Make sure that it
does not touch the tray underneath and
that it does not protrude from the food.
Improper use

• Do not pull the cable to remove the
temperature probe from the socket or
from the food.
• Make sure that the temperature probe
or its cable do not get caught in the
door.
• Make sure that the temperature probe
or its cable do not come into contact
with heating elements inside the oven.

should be allowed to come into contact
with the walls of the oven cavity, the
heating elements, the racks or the trays
when they are still hot.
• The probe should not be kept inside the
appliance.
• Do not use the temperature probe
during the pyrolytic cycle.
In order for the probe to measure
the core temperature of the food
precisely, its tip must not be in
contact with bones or fat.
If the probe does not read the
temperature of the food correctly, 2
error messages will appear on the
display (to acknowledge), after
which, the appliance will
automatically carry out timed
cooking.

the temperature probe

3.3 Cooking advice
General advice
• Use a fan assisted function to achieve
consistent cooking at several levels.
• It is not possible to shorten cooking times
by increasing the temperature (the food
could be overcooked on the outside and
undercooked on the inside).
• To prevent condensation from forming on
the glass, hot food should not be left
inside the oven for too long after
cooking.
Advice for cooking meat
• Cooking times vary according to the
thickness and quality of the food and to
consumer taste.
• Use a meat thermometer when roasting
meat, or simply press on the roast with a
spoon. If it is hard, it is ready; if not, it
needs to be cooked for a few more
minutes.
• For meat and potatoes, it is
recommended to turn and / or mix the
food from time to time in order to obtain
a uniform browning on all sides.
• For slow cooking, brown the meat in a
pan for a few minutes on all sides before
cooking in the oven.
Advice for cooking with the Grill and the
Fan with grill
• Meat can be grilled even when it is put
into the cold oven or into the preheated
oven if you wish to change the effect of
the cooking.
• With the Fan with grill function, we
recommend that you preheat the oven
before grilling.
• We recommend placing the food at the
centre of the rack.
Advice for cooking desserts/pastries and
biscuits
• Use dark metal moulds: They help to
absorb the heat better.
• The temperature and the cooking time
depend on the quality and consistency
of the dough.
• To check whether the dessert is cooked
right through: At the end of the cooking
time, put a toothpick into the highest point
of the dessert. If the dough does not stick
to the toothpick, the dessert is cooked.
• If the dessert collapses when it comes out
of the oven, on the next occasion reduce
the set temperature by about 10°C,
selecting a longer cooking time if
necessary.

Advice for defrosting and proving
• Place frozen foods without their
packaging in a lidless container on the
first shelf of the oven.
• Avoid overlapping the food.
• To defrost meat, use the rack placed on
the second level and a tray on the first
level. In this way, the liquid from the
defrosting food drains away from the
food.
• The most delicate parts can be covered
with aluminium foil.
• For successful proving, a container of
water should be placed in the bottom of
the oven.
Advice on using the probe (if fitted)
The probe can also be used during normal
timed cooking:
1. Insert the probe into the food you are
cooking, and connect it to its socket.
2. Press the PROBE button: you can
now see the temperature of the food in
the Current temperature field.

3.4 Quick Mode
This mode allows you to set a traditional
cooking function and its temperature quickly
using the knobs.
It is also possible to quickly set the probe
cooking function.

4 Cleaning and maintenance
Instructions
4.1 Cleaning the surfaces
To keep the surfaces in good condition,
they should be cleaned regularly after use.
Let them cool first.
Ordinary daily cleaning
Always and only use specific products that
do not contain abrasives or chlorine-based
acids.
Pour the product onto a damp cloth and
wipe the surface, rinse thoroughly and dry
with a soft cloth or a microfibre cloth.
Food stains or residues
Do not use steel sponges and sharp
scrapers as they will damage the surface.
Use normal, non-abrasive products and a
wooden or plastic tool, if necessary. Rinse
thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth or a
microfibre cloth.
Do not allow residues of sugary foods (such
as jam) to set inside the oven. If left to set for
too long, they might damage the enamel
lining of the oven.
4.2 Cleaning the door
Removing the door
For easier cleaning it is recommended to
remove the door and place it on a tea
towel.
To remove the door proceed as follows:
1. Open the door completely and insert two
pins into the holes on the hinges
indicated in the figure.
Improper use
Risk of damage to surfaces
• Do not use steam jets to clean the
appliance.
• Do not use cleaning products containing
chlorine, ammonia or bleach on parts
made of steel or that have metallic
surface finishes (e.g. anodizing, nickel-
or chromium-plating).
• Do not use abrasive or corrosive
detergents (e.g. scouring powders, stain
removers and metallic sponges) on
glass parts.
• Do not use rough or abrasive materials
or sharp metal scrapers.

2. Grasp the door on both sides with both
hands, lift it so that it forms an angle of
around 30° and remove it.
3. To reassemble the door, put the hinges in
the relevant slots in the oven, making sure
that grooved sections A are resting
completely in the slots. Lower the door
and once it is in place remove the pins
from the holes in the hinges.
Cleaning the door glazing
The glass in the door should always be kept
thoroughly clean. Use absorbent kitchen
roll. In case of stubborn dirt, wash with a
damp sponge and an ordinary detergent.
Removing the internal glass panes
For easier cleaning the internal glass panes
of the door can be removed.
1. Remove the internal glass pane by
pulling the rear part gently upwards,
following the movement indicated by the
arrows (1).
2. Then, pull the front part upwards (2). This
way, the 4 pins attached to the glass
detach from their housings in the oven
door.
We recommend the use of
cleaning products distributed by
the manufacturer.

3. Some models have an intermediate glass
pane. Remove the intermediate glass
pane by lifting it upwards.
4. Clean the external glass pane and the
panes removed previously. Use
absorbent kitchen roll. In case of
stubborn dirt, wash with a damp sponge
and neutral detergent.
5. Refit the panes in the reverse order in
which they were removed.
6. Reposition the internal glass pane. Take
care to centre and insert the 4 pins into
their housings in the oven door by
applying slight pressure.
4.3 Cleaning the oven cavity
In order to keep your oven in the best
possible condition, clean it regularly after
letting it cool down.
Avoid letting food residue dry inside the
oven cavity, as this could damage the
enamel.
Take out all removable parts before
cleaning.
For easier cleaning, we recommend
removing:
• The door
• The rack/tray support frames
•The oven seal.
In the event you are using specific
cleaning products, we recommend
running the oven at maximum
temperature for 15-20 minutes in
order to eliminate any residue.

Drying
Cooking food generates moisture inside the
appliance. This is a normal phenomenon
and does not affect the appliance's
operation in any way.
Each time you finish cooking:
1. Let the appliance cool down.
2. Remove any dirt from inside the
appliance.
3. Dry the interior of the appliance with a
soft cloth.
4. Leave the door open until the inside of
the appliance has dried completely.
Cleaning the probe
After use, the temperature probe should be
cleaned after it has cooled down. Clean
the tip of the temperature probe (metal part)
with water, neutral dish soap and a soft
sponge. Clean the rest with a soft damp
cloth.
Do not wash it in a dishwasher as it could
damage the electrical components of the
plug.
Dry thoroughly after cleaning.
Removing rack/tray support frames
Removing the guide frames enables the
sides to be cleaned more easily. This
operation should be performed each time
the automatic cleaning cycle is used (on
some models only).
To remove the guide frames, pull the frame
towards the inside of the oven to unhook it
from its groove A, then slide it out of the
seats at the back B.
When cleaning is complete, repeat the
above procedures to put the guide frames
back in.

Cleaning the roof of the oven (not on
pyrolytic models)
The appliance is equipped with a tilting grill
element that allows for easy cleaning of the
upper part of the oven cavity.
1. Free the upper heating element by
gently lifting it and rotating its retaining
latch by 90 degrees.
2. Gently lower the heating element until it
stops.
3. When you have finished cleaning, place
the heating element back in position and
turn the retaining latch to lock it in place.
Vapor Clean (on some models only)
Preliminary operations
Before starting the Vapor Clean cycle:
1. Completely remove all accessories from
inside the oven.

Pyrolytic: automatic oven cavity cleaning
(on some models only)
Preliminary operations
Before starting the pyrolytic cycle:
• Clean the internal glass pane following
the usual cleaning instructions.
• Remove any food residues or large spills
from previous cooking operations from
the inside of the oven.
• Completely remove all accessories from
inside the oven.
• For very stubborn encrustations spray an
oven cleaning product onto the glass
(read the warnings on the product);
leave for 60 minutes, then rinse and dry
the glass using kitchen roll or a microfibre
cloth.
• Remove the temperature probe (if
present).
• Remove the rack/tray support frames.
•Close the door.
Pyrolytic function setting
1. Touch the OTHER FUNCTIONS

and select the PYROLYTIC

Pyrolytic cleaning is an automatic,

End of the Pyrolytic cleaning cycle
At the end of the pyrolytic cycle, a buzzer

by touching any point of the display.
The door remains locked until the
temperature inside the oven returns to a
safe level.
A message will appear on the display to
indicate that the oven cavity cooling
procedure is in progress.
• Wait for the oven to cool down and
collect the residue deposited inside it
using a damp microfibre cloth.
During the first pyrolytic cycle,
unpleasant odours may occur due
to the normal evaporation of oily
manufacturing substances. This is
an absolutely normal phenomenon
which disappears after the first
pyrolytic cycle.
If the pyrolytic cycle gives
unsatisfactory results at minimum
duration, it is recommended to set
a longer time for successive
cleaning cycles.
During the pyrolytic cycle the fans
produce a more intense level of
noise due to a greater rotation
speed. This is an absolutely normal
operation, intended to provide
more effective heat dispersal. At
the end of the pyrolytic cycle, the
fans will continue to operate for
long enough to avoid overheating
the walls of adjacent units and the
front of the oven.

4.4 Cleaning the water circuit
Descaling
The following message will appear on the
display from time to time to indicate that you
should carry out the boiler descaling
procedure:
1. Touch the CONFIRM button to start
the descaling function.
2. Fill a jug with a descaling solution (e.g.
dilute citric acid).
3. Open the door completely.
4. Open the oven door.
5. Rest the jug on the open door.
6. Remove the tube from its seat.
The presence of scale due to lack
of descaling can compromise
correct operation of the appliance
in the long term.
We recommend mixing 100 g of
citric acid with 250 ml of water.
Note: Do not use lactic acid.
PLEASE NOTE: overall weight of
the jug containing the descaler
must be less than 5 kg.

Manual descaling
When you wish to perform descaling in
advance, you can run the function
manually:

and select the DESCALING
function.

4. Carry out the procedure described in
the ”Descaling” section, starting from
point 2.
At the end of the descaling and
rinsing cycle, we recommend
carrying out a new rinsing cycle.
We recommend performing
descaling every time this is
indicated on the display in order to
keep the boiler in perfect
operating condition.
Note: The descaling process can
be skipped three consecutive

4.5 Extraordinary maintenance
Removing and installing the door seal
(not on pyrolytic models)
To remove the seal:
• Release the clips located in the 4 corners
and pull the seal outwards.
To refit the seal:
• Hook the clips in the 4 corners onto the
seal.
Seal maintenance tips
The seal should be soft and elastic.
• To keep the seal clean, use a non-
abrasive sponge and wash with
lukewarm water.

Replacing the internal light bulb
1. Completely remove all accessories from
inside the oven.
2. Remove the rack/tray support frames.
3. Use a tool (e.g. a spoon) to remove the
bulb cover.
4. Slide out and remove the light bulb.
5. Replace the light bulb with one of the
same type (40W).
6. Refit the cover. Make sure that the
shaped internal part of the glass (A) is
facing the door.
7. Press the cover completely down so that
it attaches perfectly to the bulb support.

• Use protective gloves.
Pay attention not to scratch the oven
cavity enamel.
Do not touch the halogen light
bulb directly with your fingers, but
wrap it in insulating material.

What to do if...
The display is completely off:
• Check the mains power supply.
• Check that any circuit breakers upline of
the appliance supply line are in the
“ON” position.
The appliance does not heat up:
• Check whether ”Show Room (for
showrooms only)” or ”Demo Mode (for
showrooms only)” mode has been set
(for further details see section ”Settings”).
The controls do not respond:
• Check whether ”Controls lock” mode
has been set (for further details see
section ”Settings”).
After the (pyrolytic) automatic cleaning
cycle it is not possible to select a function:
• Verify whether the door lock has
deactivated. If it has not, the oven has a
safety device that does not allow
functions to be selected while the door
lock is active. This is because the
temperature inside the oven is still too
high to permit any type of cooking.
Error 4 appears on the display:
• The door lock has not properly attached
to the door. This might be because the
door was accidentally opened during
the door lock activation. Switch the oven
off and on again, waiting a few minutes
before selecting a new cleaning cycle.
If the door is opened during a fan assisted
function, the fan stops:
• This is not a fault. It is a normal operation
of the appliance, useful when cooking
foods in order to avoid excessive heat
escaping. When the door is closed, the
oven will return to normal operation.

5 Installation
5.1 Electrical connection
General information
Check the grid characteristics against the
data indicated on the plate.
The identification plate bearing the
technical data, serial number and brand
name is visibly positioned on the appliance.
Do not remove this plate for any reason.
The appliance operates at 220-240 V~.
Use a three-core cable (3 x 1.5 mm
2
internal conductors).
Perform the ground connection using a wire
that is 20 mm longer than the other wires.
Connection with plug and socket
Make sure that the plug and socket are of
the same type.
Avoid using adapters and shunts as these
could cause overheating and a risk of
burns.
Fixed connection
Fit the power line with an all-pole circuit
breaker with a contact separation distance
sufficient to provide complete disconnection
in category III overvoltage conditions,
pursuant to installation regulations.
Testing
At the end of installation, carry out a brief
inspection test. If the hob fails to operate,
after checking that you have carried out the
instructions correctly, unplug the appliance
and contact Technical Support.
Cable replacement
1. Unscrew the rear casing screws and
remove the casing to access the terminal
board.
2. Replace the cable.
3. Make sure that the cables (for the oven
or any hob) follow the best route in order
to avoid any contact with the appliance.

Whenever a hob is installed above the
oven, a wooden separator should be
installed at a minimum distance of 10 mm
from the top of the oven to prevent
overheating when the two appliances are
used at the same time. It must only be
possible to remove the separator by using
suitable tools.
When using a wooden separator,
a wooden bar has to be installed
under the worktop in order to use
the seal that is glued to the back of
the front panel to prevent water or
other liquids leaking in.
