Inspection of Shipment
Afterunpacking,checkthoroughlyforanydamagewhichmayhaveoccurredinshipment.
Purchasershouldmakeclaimdirectlytocarrierforanydamagestomerchandisethatoccurin
transit.Thewarrantydoesnotcoverdamagethatoccursintransit,ordamagecausedbyabuse,
orconsequentialdamageduetotheoperationofthismachine,sinceitisbeyondourcontrol
(referencewarrantyinbackofmanual).

Setup – Cart Assembly
Thiscartrequiresassembly(unitswithadoor,comewiththedoorandmagnetpre‐assembledto
thebase).Removeallpackagingandtape,thenfollowthestepsbelowforcartassembly.

Step1:Pre‐assembletheaxleandthe2short
axlesupports(FigureA).Toassemble,screw
a1/2‐13nutontoeachendoftheaxleuntilit
almostbottomsout.
Then,slideashortsupportontoeachendofthe
axleasshown.Fastenwitha1/2‐13nut(finger
tightenonlysosupportscanbeadjustedwhen
installingtothebase).

Step2:Attachaxleassemblytobaseonthe
sideoppositethehandlebar(FigureB).Use
2longbolts,4washers,and2locknutson
eachsupport(useawasheroneachend).
Onceassembled,tightentheaxlenuts
tosecure.
Step3:Assemblelonglegstobase.
Fasteneachlegusing2longbolts,
4washers,and2locknuts.
Step4:Positionthelegsupportbracketas
showninFigureB.Fastenbrackettoleg
usingalongbolt,washer,andlocknut.
Fastenbrackettocabinetusingashortbolt,
washer,andlocknut.
Step5:Installanadjustablefootontoeach
longleg.Ensurefootisfullyinsertedinlegas
showninFigureC.
Step6:Slideawheelontoeachendofthe
axleandfastenwithalocknut(FigureD).
Tightenthelocknutenoughtotakeup
clearance.DONOTovertighten.
Step7:Positioncartupright,andensureall
fastenersaresecure.
Step8:Assembleabracketoneachendof
thehandlebar.Fastenhandleassemblyto
cabinetusing4shortbolts,4washers,and
4locknuts(FigureE).
Step9:Cartsequippedwithadoor,install
thedoorknobontothecabinetdoorusing
the8‐32screw.
Step10:Carefullyinstallpopperbysettingit
inplaceonthecart,makesurethepopper
feetsetsecurelyintotheholesprovided.
Step11:Ifneeded,adjustcartfeettoensure
popperandcartarelevel.
