How to Use the Appliance
Setting the speed
When activating the variable speed button (2), the
processing speed corresponds to the setting of the
variable speed regulator (1). The higher the setting,
the faster the chopping results. You can adjust the
speed conveniently during operation by turning the
speed regulator.
Maximum processing speed can be achieved by
pressing the Turbo button (3). You may also use the
Turbo button for instant powerful pulses without
having to manipulate the speed regulator.
Blending Shaft (A)
The hand blender is perfectly suited for preparing
dips, sauces, salad dressings, soups, baby food, as
well as drinks, smoothies and milkshakes.
For best results, use the Turbo speed.

Spiralizer Accessory (B)
The spiralizer accessory is perfectly suited for
preparing all kind of vegetable pasta, salads or
decorative fruit dishes.
Do not use the spiralizer accessory (8) to process
frozen foods. Processing could damage the blades.
The maximum processing amount follows the
guideline figure of 5x times filled bowls.
Before you continue processing let the appliance
cool down for 30 minutes.
For best results, use the highest speed.

Chopper Accessory (C)
The «bc» chopper (9) is perfectly suited for
preparing shakes, drinks, purées, batter, crushed
ice or for chopping hard cheese, onions, herbs,
garlic, vegetables, bread, crackers and nuts.
For processing of liquids the quantity should not
exceed 2/3 of working bowl. For best results of hard
food processing fill the container with max. 14 oz
(400 g). For ice crushing use max. 7 cubes and the
ice blade (9c).
Caution
Do not use the chopper accessory (9) to process
extremely hard foods, such as unshelled nuts,
coffee beans, grains, or hard spices e.g. nutmeg.
Processing these foods could damage the blades.
Baby food chopper «bf» chopper is intended to
chop cooked vegetables and baby food in small
quantities for immediate consumption as indicated
in the operating instruction.
Recipe Example: rice baby pudding
4.5 oz / 125 g short corn rice
15.8 oz / 450 g milk
Cook short corn rice with milk.
Then cool down approximately to 30°C.
Fill 0.3 oz / 10 g butter and 3.2 oz / 92 g rice baby
pudding in «bf» chopper and set the volume
reduction tool inside the bowl.
Chop 5 seconds at turbo speed.
