USAGE - CLEANING
(Refer to p. 5 for Parts Identification)
CLEANING:
WARNING: Do not immerse the Main Power Unit, cord or plug in water or any other liquid.
Do not use abrasive cleansers.
- Before cleaning the appliance, move the switch to the OFF position and disconnect the power supply.
- Clean the unit immediately after each use. This greatly simplifies the cleaning process.
- Some of the unprocessed frozen fruit may be left inside the Chute/Spiral Grinder assembly. This is normal.
1. Remove the Pusher and Bowl.
2. Next remove the Chute cover.
3. Turn the Chute Assembly (Chute,
Spiral Grinder and Dispenser)
COUNTERCLOCKWISE to unlock it. Remove it.
4. Next, turn the Dispenser COUNTERCLOCKWISE
TO LOOSEN. Remove it. Take out the Spiral Grinder.
5. Wash the Chute, Pusher, Bowl, Spiral Grinder,
Dispenser and Adjustable Tray (NOT THE MAIN
POWER UNIT) with a mild soap solution or place
into the dishwasher (top rack only). Do not use abrasive
cleansers. Use the Cleaning Brush (included) to thoroughly
clean inside the Chute and Dispenser spout and remove
any remaining food pieces. Rinse off the brush when done.
DO NOT IMMERSE THE MAIN POWER UNIT, CORD OR PLUG IN WATER OR ANY OTHER LIQUID.
Do not place Main Power Unit into the dishwasher.
Wipe it with a soft damp cloth, if needed.
Do not place Chute Cover in the dishwasher. This will damage the finish of the chute cover.
Wipe it with a soft damp cloth, if needed.
Dry all parts thoroughly.
