QUICK TIPS GUIDE
Three cooking settings are available to prepare a wide variety of flavourful slow-cooked dishes.
You can adapt many recipes to slow down cooking times, or speed it up; select what suits you and
coordinate delicious meals to your timetable. If you’re starting a dish later in the day, select the HIGH
setting to ensure your food is cooked, warm and ready when you’d like to serve, or alternatively
select the LOW or SIMMER setting for recipes that take longer to cook.
