Do not fully tighten screws during assembly. Only tighten when all parts are installed in place.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Serious or fatal crushing injuries can
occur from furniture tip-over. To help
prevent tip-over:
• Instell tip-over restraint provided.
• Place heaviest items in the lowest
part of the unit.
• Do not set TV’s or other heavy
objects on top of this product, unless
accommodate them.
• Never allow children to climb or hang
on drawers, doors, or shelves.
• Never open more than one drawer at
a time.
•
Use of tip-over restraints may only
refuce, but not eliminate, the risk of
tip over.

WARNING:
• If installing the mantel on drywall or other hollow wall applications, the safety mounting tape (KK) must be
fastened to studs, headers, or other structural wall members. The included plastic wall anchors (OO) are
intended for use with solid wall applications only (tile or concrete).
• DO NOT USE WITH DRYWALL OR OTHER HOLLOW WALL APPLICATIONS.
