limbswithonecut.

• Removelargerbrancheswiththe
cuttingtechniquesdescribedin
BUCKINGWITHOUTASUPPORT.
• Alwaysuseanovercuttocutsmall
andfreelyhanginglimbs.Undercut-
tingcouldcauselimbstofalland
pinchthesaw.

• Finishthepruningoperationbyusing
anovercutsothatthestumpofthe
limbprotrudes1to2inchesfromthe
trunkofthetree.
