maintained,lubricatedandtuned upaccordingto theinstructionsin the owner'smanual,
Searswill repairorreplacefreeof chargeanypartsthat arefoundto be defectivein
materialorworkmanshipaccordingto theguidelinesofcoveragelistedbelow.Searswill
alsoprovidefreelaborfortheseapplicablewarrantedpartsforthetwofullyears.During
thefirst 30 daysof purchase,therewill be nochargesto servicethe productatyour
homefor issuescoveredbythiswarranty.(Seeexclusionsbelow). Foryourconve-

ThisWarrantydoesnotcover:
• Expendableitemswhichbecomeworn duringnormaluse,includingbutnotlimitedto
blades,spark plugs,air cleaners,belts,andoil filters.
• StandardMaintenanceServicing,oil changes, ortune-ups
• Tirereplacementorrepaircausedbypuncturesfromoutsideobjects,suchasnails,
thorns,stumps,orglass.
• Repairsnecessarybecauseof operatorabuse,includingbutnotlimitedto, damage
causedbytowingobjectsbeyondthecapabilityofthe ridingequipment,impacting
objectsthat bendtheframeorcrankshaft,or over-speedingtheengine.
• Repairsnecessarybecauseof operatornegligence,includingbutnotlimitedto, elec-
tricaland mechanicaldamagecausedbyimproperstorage,failureto use theproper
gradeandamountofengineoil, failureto keepthe deckclearof flammabledebris,
orfailureto maintaintheequipmentaccordingtothe instructionscontainedinthe
owner'smanual.
• Engine(fuelsystem)cleaningorrepairscausedbyfueldeterminedto becontami-
natedoroxidized(stale). In general,fuelshouldbe usedwithin30 daysof itspur-
chasedate.
• Normaldeteriorationandwearoftheexteriorfinishes,or productlabelreplacement.
• Ridingequipmentusedfor commercialor rentalpurposes.
LIMITEDWARRANTYON BATTERY
Forninety(90)daysfromdate ofpurchase,if anybatteryincludedwith this ridingequip-
mentprovesdefectivein materialorworkmanshipandourtesting determinesthebattery
will notholdacharge,Searswill replacethebatteryatno charge. Duringthefirst30
daysof purchase,therewillbe no chargesto replacethebatteryatyour HOME. After
thefirst 30 days,foryour convenience,IN-HOMEwarrantyservicewillstill be avail-
ablebutatripchargewillapply. Thischargewillbewaivedifthe Craftsmanproductis
