
Care and Cleaning of the Faucet
Clean Faucet periodically with a Carlisle faucet brush #40154:
1. Loosen Union Nut in a clockwise direction to remove
faucet from unit.
2. Remove entire upper assembly by unscrewing
Bonnet.
3. Pull Seat Cup to remove. Clean all parts in a solution
of hot water and urn cleaner. Wipe inside body with
clean damp cloth and then rinse with hot water.
4. Use the Carlisle faucet brush (#40154) to clean the
insides of the faucet and shank.
5. Depress handle in “lock open” position. Clean top of
Bonnet thoroughly. Snap on Seat Cup over Stem End
by applying direct pressure against bottom.
6. Screw upper assembly back on body.
7. Attach faucet to shank and tighten Union Nut until
seal is achieved.

Proper Use of Your Cateraide

Insulated Product
1. Wash and rinse the unit prior to its use.
2. Pre-heating interior with hot water will improve heat
retention.
3. Pre-chilling entire unit will improve cold retention.
4. Load container to its maximum capacity. Make sure
the gasket* is in place. Replace lid and lock in position.
Beverage Dispenser Filling Instructions
CAUTION
Overfilling unit can cause liquid to overflow or squirt
out of the vent cap when securing lid. TO PREVENT
OVERFLOW, DO NOT FILL HIGHER THAN 1-1/4"

1. Clean after every use. De-staining
compounds approved for food or
beverage contact may be used. Ask your
detergent supplier for proper compound.
2. When running through a dishwasher,
make sure gasket* is removed. Also,
prevent latches from getting caught in
the conveyor.
