To Use the Dispenser
SelectCUBED,CRUSHEDor WATER.
Pressthe glassgentlgagainstthetop
of the dispensercradle.
Thespillshelfisnot self-draining.Toreducewater
spotting,the shelfandits grilleshouldbecleaned
regularlg.
Ifno water is dispensed when the refrigeratoris
firstinstalled,there mag be air inthe water line
system. Press the dispenserarm for at least two
minutes to remove trapped air from the water line
and to fillthe water s_jstem.Toflush out impurities
in the water line,throwawag the firstsixglassfuls
of water.
CAUTION:Never put fingers or any other objects
into the ice crusher dischargeopening.
Locking the Dispenser
Pressthe LOCKor LOCK CONTROLS pad for
3 seconds to lockthe dispenser and control panel.
Tounlock, press and holdthe pad again for
3 seconds.
Dispenser Light
TheLIGHTpad turnsthe night light in
the dispenseronand off.Thelightalsocomeson
whenthe dispensercradleis pressed.On some
models,ifthis lightburnsout, it shouldbereplaced
witha 6 watt !2V maximumbulb.
Door Alurm
UseDoor Alarmto soundif eitherdoor isopen
for morethan 3 minutes.Thealarmwill stop
oncethe door isclosed.ForLCDmodels,a popup
screenwill appeaEThealarmcan besilenced
bgtouchingthe LCDscreen.
LCDModels:
AccessBy:Home> Options> Informationand
Settings> Settings> DoorAlarm
AccessBy:PressingON.
Deactivate By: PressingOFF.
Non-LCDModels:
Press the SET FEATURESpad once and DOOR
ALARMwill blink.PressON/OFFandthe door
alarmwill besetand the iconwillturn solid.Press
ON/OFFagainto turn the alarmoff.
Quick Ice
Whengouneedto speedup iceproduction,use
the QuickIcefeature.Whilethisfeatureisturnedon,
thefreezerfan runscontinuouslgfor48 hours,or
untilthefeatureisturnedOFEDuringthisperiod,
iceproductionwillincreaseup to 40%.Hodelswith
the integratedicefeaturesgstemrequireat FIRST
USEat leasthalfan 8oz.glassof iceto be dispensed
everg6to 12hours.Thiswillhelpthe icemakerfill

Activote by: PressingON.
Deoctivete by" PressingOFF.
Non-LCDModels:
PresstheSETFEATURESpadtwiceand QUICKICE
willblink.PressON/OFFtoturn thefeatureon,
thenagainto turn it off.
Precise Fill (onsome models)
Thiswaterdispenseris equippedwith a feature
called"precisefill."Thisfeatureallowsgouto
choosea preciseamountof water(cupsor
ounces)that gouwouldlikedispensed.Pints
andLitersare alsoavailablefor LCDmodels.

AccessBy:Home>Options> DispenserOptions>
PreciseFill> SetAmount
ActivateBy: Usingthe arrowbuttonsto select
the desiredamount.PressMOREUNITSto select
betweenCUPS,OUNCES,PINTSor LITERS.
Non-LCDModels
0 Pressthe PRECISEFILLCUPS/OZpad.
The WATERpad willlightand the CRUSHED
and CUBEDice pads willturn off.The last unit
used willbe displaged.
O Pressthe PRECISEFILLpadagainto toggle
betweencupsandounces.
Ifyou selectedOUNCES,pressthe A or V pad
to selectthe numberof ouncesgou wouldlike
to hovedispensedbetween2-99 ounces.
Thedefaultis8 ounces.
Ifyou selectedCUPS,pressthe A or V pad
to selectthe amount gouwouldliketo have
dispensed.Thegare displagedas 1/4,1/3,1/2,2/3
and3/4,with the highestamountbeing16 3/4
cups.Thedefaultis 1cup.
Pressthe cupagainstthecradleand water
will begindispensing.It willautomaticallgstop
whenthe amountset hasbeendispensed.
Thedisplagwillshowthe amount of water
dispensed,beep,then resetafter 5seconds.
NOTE:Donot leavethe dispenserunattended
whenwater isbeingdispensed.

If gouwould liketo stop dispensingwater
beforethe specifiedamount hasbeen
dispensed,just removethe cupfrom the
cradle.Thedisplagwillshowthe amountthat
hasbeendispensedfor Sseconds.Ifthe cup
switchis pressedagainwithinthat time,the
dispenserwill continueupto theset amount.
If not,the displagwillreturnto the set
amount.
