an almninum skillet. Use saucepans with
tight-fitting lids for cooking with minimmn

Cast Iron: If heated slowly; most skillets will
give satisiactorv results.
Falmnelware: Under some conditions, the
enamel of some cookware may melt. Follow

Glass: There are two types of glass cookware--
those ti)r oven use only and those for surfilce

either surtace or oven cooking. It conducts
heat very slowly and cools very slowly. Check

All burner grates are designed to sui)port
wok cooking, For easy access and additional
clearances to combustibles, we suggest using
a fl'ont burner li)rwok cooking.

it over and replace in tile grate fl'ame. Tile
wok side is contom'ed to sui)port a wok with
a ro/md or bowl shaped bottom. This design
eliminates the need fin" a wok ring and will
accoillillodate IllOSt woks,
Check to be sure that your wok fits securely
and is stable when placed on the wok grate,
CAUTION: Good wok stability is best achieved
by using ro/md-bottom woks. Flat-bottom woks
are not recommended. Avoid using woks with
extrell/elv sinooth, tlntexttlred, bottOill S/li'J[_lce
finishes as these may allow tmdesired rocking
of the wok in the grate cradle.
