Grill Head to Cart
• This step requires two people to lift and position grill head onto cart.
• If not already done, remove tie wraps securing regulator hose and ignition wires to
underside of grill head. Pull hose out to side of main cabinet.
• Carefully lower grill head onto the cart. Make sure the regulator hose hangs outside the
main cabinet and into the right cabinet. Left ignition wires hang directly into the main cabinet.
Right side ignition wires must be routed through cutout in heat insulation panel to hang into
main cabinet. See Figure A.
• Open lid and attach inside corners of grill head to cart with (4} M6x13 screws and M6
compression washers. See Figure B.
• Attach back rail to back of grill head and cart with (4} M4xl0 screws as shown.
