SET UP & INSTRUCTION
MINCING MEAT REVERSE FUNCTION
1. 1. Cut all ingredients into small
sized strips or cubes (no tendons,
boneless and fatless meat is
recommended) so that they fit
easily into the hopper opening.
2. 2. Plug the unit on and press R/O/
ON switch to the “ON” position.
3. 3. Feed ingredients into the hopper
plate. Use the food pusher to
push the ingredients into the
grinding head (fig. 8).
CAUTION: DO NOT USE YOUR
HANDS TO PUSH FOOD INTO
THE GRINDING HEAD.
4. 4. Always switch the unit off and
unplug it from the power supply
when the unit is not in use.
1. 1. If the grinder jams during the
grinding process, first switch off
the appliance by pressing R/O/
ON switch to “O” (OFF) position,
then press to “R” position.
2. 2. The snake will be rotate in the
opposite direction, and the head
will get empty.
3. 3. Once the jam looks clear, press
the R/O/ON switch to the “O”
(OFF) position first then press
“ON” to continue grinding.
NOTE: If it continues to jam or the
reverse function does not work,
turn the unit off and unplug the
unit.
4. 4. Clean the parts by taking the
rings and snake apart.
