1. Remove all items from inside the grill barrel and
pellet hopper.
2. Attach legs to grill frame assembly and braces
to legs.
3. Attach the chrome door handle and side handle.
4. Assemble smokestack: attach the ue pipe to the
grill frame assembly and mount the chimney cap
assembly.
5. Position the heat bafe over the hopper assembly.
6. Position the grease drain pan over the heat bafe.
7. Position the porcelain-coated grill grate and extra
grill rack.
8. Hang the grease bucket.
