maintained,lubricatedandtuned upaccordingto theinstructionsin the owner'smanual,
Searswill repairorreplacefreeof chargeanypartsthatare foundto bedefectivein
materialorworkmanshipaccordingto theguidelinesofcoveragelistedbelow.Searswill
alsoprovidefree laborfortheseapplicablewarrantedpartsforthetwofullyears.During
thefirst 30 daysof purchase,therewill be nochargesto servicethe productatyour
homefor issuescoveredbythiswarranty.(Seeexclusionsbelow). Foryourconve-

ThisWarrantydoesnotcover:
• Expendableitemswhichbecomeworn duringnormaluse,includingbutnotlimitedto
blades,spark plugs,aircleaners,belts,andoilfilters.
StandardMaintenanceServicing,oil changes, ortune-ups
• Tirereplacementorrepaircausedbypuncturesfromoutsideobjects,suchasnails,
thorns,stumps,or glass.
• Repairsnecessarybecauseof operatorabuse,includingbutnotlimitedto,damage
causedbytowingobjectsbeyondthecapabilityofthe ridingequipment,impacting
objectsthat bendtheframeorcrankshaft,or over-speedingtheengine.
• Repairsnecessarybecauseof operatornegligence,includingbutnotlimitedto, elec-
tricaland mechanicaldamagecausedbyimproperstorage,failureto usetheproper
gradeandamountofengineoil, failureto keepthedeckclearof flammabledebris,
orfailureto maintaintheequipmentaccordingtothe instructionscontainedinthe
owner'smanual.
• Engine(fuelsystem)cleaningorrepairscausedbyfueldeterminedto becontami-
natedor oxidized(stale). In general,fuelshouldbe usedwithin30 daysof itspur-
chasedate.
• Normaldeteriorationandwearoftheexteriorfinishes,or productlabelreplacement.
• Ridingequipmentusedfor commercialor rentalpurposes.
LIMITEDWARRANTYON BATTERY
Forninety(90)daysfromdate ofpurchase,if anybatteryincludedwith thisridingequip-
mentprovesdefectivein materialorworkmanshipandourtestingdeterminesthebattery
will notholdacharge,Searswill replacethebatteryatno charge. Duringthefirst30
daysofpurchase,therewillbe no chargesto replacethe batteryatyour HOME. After
thefirst 30 days,foryour convenience,IN-HOMEwarrantyservicewill stillbe avail-
ablebutatripchargewillapply. Thischargewillbewaivedifthe Craftsmanproductis
