Using for the First Time
When you install your appliance, keep the refrigerator still for two hours before connecting it to power
supply. It is the best to wait 2-3 hours before adding any fresh or frozen foods. In summer or when the
ambient temperature is high, please wait for at least 4 hours.
IMPORTANT: Once the unit has started, continuous operation is recommended. Please try and avoid turning
the unit o and on as this may aect the service life.
Noise From Your Upright Fridge/Freezer
You may notice that your upright fridge makes some unusual noises from time to time. Most of these are
perfectly normal, but you should be aware of them.
These noises are caused by the circulation of the refrigerant liquid in the cooling system. This is not a fault
and will not aect the performance of your unit and is common with all modern fridges.
Door Clearance
Please allow enough space to open the door and drawers.
Refrigerator Mode
This mode helps keep for food for short-term storage and is suitable for storing a variety of fruits, vegetables,
beverages and other food items ideally between 3 to 5 days.
Freezer Mode
This low temperature helps keep food for long-term storage and is suitable for storing frozen food and
making ice.
Storage tips:
Wait until hot food has cooled to room temperature before placing into the refrigerator.
For food safety, we recommend sealing up any food before placing into the refrigerator.
For quicker freezing and easy access, divide your meat and large items into smaller pieces before placing
into the freezer compartment.
The glass shelves can be repositioned up or down to suit your storage requirements.
Note:
Storage of too many items during operation after the initial connection of your appliance to power may
adversely aect the freezing eect of the refrigerator.
Do not block the air outlet or the freezing eect of the refrigerator will also be adversely aected.
