activation will not activate the light.
• The internal fan remains turned off.
• Touch buttons and audible prompts are
disabled.
1. After entering the special functions menu,
press the and touch buttons on
the control panel until the function is
selected.
2. Press the button to confirm.
3. Press the and touch buttons on
the control panel to set the desired
temperature (e.g. "90°C").
4. Press the button to start the function.
To exit the function:
1. Press the button for a few seconds on
the display.
2. When the control panel is reactivated, press
the touch button to end the function.
STONE
1. Open the door.
2. Insert the PPR2 or STONE accessory into the
oven cavity (refer to the specific accessory
manual).
3. Close the door
4. After entering the special functions menu,
press the and touch buttons on
the control panel until the function
is selected.
5. Press the button to confirm.
6. Press the and touch buttons on
the control panel to select the required
temperature (from 50°C to 280°C).
7. Press the button to start the function.
8. After preheating, open the door and place
the food to be cooked on the accessory.
9. Close the door.
10.Press the touch button on the control
panel to exit the function.
BBQ (Barbecue)
After activating the Sabbath mode the
settings cannot be altered. Any action
on the control panel touch buttons and/
or display buttons will have no effect.
Useful for on stone cooking. For use
with the PPR2 or STONE accessory
sold separately.
Please refer to the instructions and
recommendations for use described in
the accessory documentation.
As with normal cooking functions, you
can skip pre-heating and set a timed
and programmed cooking.
Useful for barbecue cooking. For use
with the BBQ accessory sold
separately.
