9. Thiswarranty,thecontracttowhichitrelatedandthere lationship

orthelawapplicableinNewZealandifthe Appliancewas
purchasedinNewZealand.Wherethe Appliancewaspurchased
inNewZealandforbusinesspurposestheConsumerGuarantee
Actdoesnotapply.
10 . Totheextentpermittedbylaw:
(a)Electroluxexcludesallwarrantiesotherthanascontainedin
thisdocu ment;
(b)Electroluxshallnotbeliableforanylossordamagewhether
directorindire ctorconsequentialarisingfromyourpurchase,
useornon-useofthe Ap pliance.

(b)inthecaseofservices,atitsoption,tothesuppl yofthe

(b) ‘Appliance’ meansanyElectroluxproductpurchasedbyyou
acc ompaniedbythisdocument;
(c) ‘WarrantyPeriod’ means
(i)whereyouusethe Applianceforpersonal,domesticor
householdpurposesin Australia theperiodof “24” months
andinNewZealandtheperiodof “24” months;
(ii)whereyouusethe Applianceforcommercialpurposes,in
Australia theperiodof “3” monthsandinNewZealandthe

warehouse,the Applianceisfreefromdefectsinmaterialsand

Centrewill,atnoextrachargeifyourapplianceisreadily
acc essiblewithoutspecialequipme nt,andsubjecttotheseterms
