#1 When locked are all drawers locked or just the top drawers?

Yes, all the drawers should lock when using the locking mechanism.

#2 Do drawers lock when closed?? Or have to lock box to move?

The drawers do not lock when they are closed. It is advised to fully close the drawers and lock the cabinet if you are going to move it to prevent the drawers from sliding open.

#3 What is the total height with casters?

The height is 37.5" with casters. The height without casters is 32.4".

#4 Can the drawers be removed so I don't break my back trying to get it out of my truck?

Yes. To remove the drawer with the drawer member still attached to the drawer push the release latch down on the right side and up on the left side and hold in these positions. While holding, pull out on the drawer until the release latch clears the unit member at this point you will be able to release the release latch.
