TEN YEAR WARRANTY
FOR TEN YEARS from the date of purchase, this product is
warranted against any defects in material or workmanship.
With proof of purchase, a defective part will be replaced free
of charge. If a replacement part is unavailable, the product
will be replaced with one of equalvalue.

This warranty does not apply to a product that is damaged
or altered through transportation, misuse, abuse, corrosion,
accident, neglect, modification or mishandling, nor
does coverage apply if the product is ever attached to a
movingvehicle.
• Lubricate casters annually with high quality bearing
grease. Apply grease whereshown.
• Check the caster bolts annually fortightness.
• Lubricate the slides with grease or equivalent (twice
annually). Apply grease whereshown.
• Lubricate lock with graphiteannually.
• Periodically the drawer fronts, drawer trim, and other
surfaces should be cleaned with a mild detergent
andwater.
• Auto wax will preserve the unit’s luster finish. Apply the
wax as to a car. The wax will also help protect the unit
againstscratches.
• Grease and oil can be removed with most standard
cleaning fluids. For safety, use a nonflammable
cleaningfluid.
• It is recommended that drawer liners are used to protect
the finish inside the drawers and to make the drawers
easier to clean. The drawer liners may be cleaned with
soap andwater.
• Corrosive materials should be cleaned up immediately to
minimize damage to anysurfaces.

Door Closure
Ensuring the cabinet is level (front to back) will result in
the correct alignment of the doors and proper function of
the magnetic door closuresystem.
Leveling Foot Adjustment (Fig.Q)

screwdriver or 7/16 open end wrench as shown in Fig.Q.
Removing Drawers (Fig.O, P)
1. Empty thedrawer.
2. Fully extend thedrawer.

4. Pull out drawer toremove.
OPERATION

Assembling the Leveling Feet (Fig.N)
Items Needed
• Screw Leveler (Qty: 4)
1. Lay the floor/base cabinet on its back. Use packaging
material to protect thefinish.

Mounting Wood Top to Base Cabinet Top
(Fig.L, M)
Items Needed
• #14‑10 x 1” Hex Screw (Qty: 2)
• 26" Wide Unit (Qty: 2)
• 54" Wide Unit (Qty: 2)
• 3/8” Socket
• 3/8” Wrench
• Socket Wrench
Process
NOTE: If mounting work surface to multiple cabinets, place
cabinets in position before mounting the worksurface.
NOTE: If mounting work surface to a unit with drawers refer
to the Operator’s Manual for that unit to remove top drawers.
This will provide access to the inside of top ofunit.
1. Position work surface on the top of cabinet(s)
2. Wrench tighten all screws securely. Do not overtighten.
3. Reinstall drawers per base cabinet Operator’s Manual,
ifapplicable.
Assemble Backsplash to Wood Top
(Fig.K)
Items Needed
• Backsplash (Qty: 1)
• #14‑10 x 5/8” Hex Screw (Qty: 4)
• 27" Wide Unit (Qty: 4)
• 54" Wide Unit (Qty: 4)
• 3/8” Socket

backsplash with the pre‑drilled holes in the back and
bottom of thetop.
2. Wrench tighten all screws securely. Do not overtighten.
NOTE: Base cabinets are not as deep as floor cabinets. If you
are planning to place a base cabinet next to a floor cabinet,
decide if you want the base cabinet flush with the front of
the floor cabinet or if you want them pushed
back against thewall.
