◆ 1 quart strawberries, washed
and hulled
◆ ½ cup slivered almonds, toasted
◆ 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese◆
◆ 1 (8 oz.) carton banana or
vanilla yogurt
◆ 2 bananas, cut into pieces
◆ ¼ cup peanuts
◆ 2 tablespoons honey

Place all ingredients in a blender or food
processor, blend until puréed.
Pour onto NESCO

Fruit Roll Sheets.
Dehydrate 4-8 hours at 135°F (57°C).
Remove roll ups from sheets while warm.
