STEP 2b: Back Adj. Slider
Insert the BACK ADJ. SLIDER - Assembly
(3-ASM) to the BACK SUPPORT FRAME -
Assembly (2-ASM) by pulling out on the
PULL-PIN LOCKING KNOB (13) and slowly
sliding all the way forward. Secure by
releasing the PULL-PIN LOCKING KNOB
(13) into a preset hole then turning
clockwise to lock in place.
STEP 2c: Handle
Attach handle (5) to the Back
Adjuster (20) by turning
clockwise until fully secure..
STEP 2a: Back Support
Attach HANDLE BAR (8) to the BACK
SUPPORT FRAME - Assembly (2-ASM)
using:
● One HEX BOLT, 3/8" X 1" (16)
● One SPRING WASHER, 3/8" (30)
● One FLAT WASHER, 3/8" (15).
STEP 2a: “Torque Time”
Tighten all STEP 1a & STEP 1b Bolts &
Nuts at this time to the Recommended
Torque Specs of 20 ft-lbs. (+/- 2 lbs)
20 ft-lbs
(+/- 2 lbs)
Tighten to 10 ft-lbs.(+/- 2 lbs) of Recommended Torque Specs with a 9/16 wrench.
