TROUBLESHOOTING
Before you decide to contact an authorised service centre, please read these following
tips in the troubleshooting chart:
Problem Possible cause Possible solution
The motor will not start The power cord A22 is not
inserted correctly in the
power socket.
The power socket is
damaged.
The vacuum cleaner is not
switched on.
Insert the plug rmly into
the power socket.
Inspect the power socket.
Turn on the appliance.
Suction power is weak The appliance cleaner is
clogged.
The dust bag A29 is full.
Remove the items that have
clogged the appliance.
Replace it with anew one.
The power cord is not
wound in completely.
The power cord A22 may
have slipped down from
the winding pulley during
winding.
Hold the cable under
tension while winding
the cable.
The cable cannot be
pulled out.
The cable is wound up
incorrectly.
Press the winding button
A1 of the self winding
cable and try to rewind
the power cord A22 again.
The power control A6
does not function.
The appliance is out of
order.
Have the appliance
repaired (only by
aqualied technician).

starts to wind in when it
