1 banana
Place all ingredients in jug and fill to
the max line with your chosen liquid.

Place all ingredients in jug and
fill to the max line with your
chosen liquid.
Tzatziki
INGREDIENTS
1 cup Lebanese cucumber
1 cup thick Greek yoghurt
2 tsp olive oil
chopped spring onion
few sprigs of parsley
Place all ingredients in jug.
Use the PULSE mode until
ingredients are sufficiently
processed. You can then transfer
Tzatziki to the preservation jug to
remove air and save for later.
Double ingredients for larger
quantities.
