User Manual Fujitsu ASTG30LFCC 8kW Reverse Cycle Split System Inverter Air Conditioner

Q: Have just turned on our ASTG30LFCC unit for the first time this summer. Have used it a couple of times during winter, but apart from that haven't used much since last summer. The A/C turns on fine, seems to be cooling fine, but the two 'airflow direction louvres' do not open up at all. The single louvre under those two does drop down slightly to let some air out. Tried killing the power for the a/c circuit at the meter box for 30 minutes, then turn back on - but the two louvres still fail to open. Any suggestions re how to rectify would be greatly appreciated. No sure exactly how old the unit is, but am guessing abt 7 yrs old. Thank you. Reply
