OPERATING YOUR LAWN MOWER
STARTING/STOPPING THE MOWER (See Figure 8)
To start the mower:
• Install the battery pack and insert the safety key.
• Press the start switch with the right hand, wait until the power indicator comes on, press the
mowing switch with the left hand, wait 2-3 seconds, the machine starts, and the blade begins to
rotate. Just release the start switch, then you could start mowing forward.
To operate the mower:
• Press the start switch, the power indicator lights up, then press the drive switch, the mower moves
forward.
NOTE: If no other action is performed within 15 seconds after pressing the start switch,
press the start switch again!
• When mowing switch and drive switch are pressed at the same time, release the drive switch, the
mower will not stop walking.
• When mowing switch and drive switch are pressed at the same time, release the mowing switch,
the mower will stop walking.
• When mowing switch is not pressed, press the drive switch, mower will walk. Release drive switch,
the mower will stop walking.
• Rotary speed switch to adjust the speed needed.
• When the environment is dark, press the light switch.
To stop the mower:
• Release both the mowing switch and drive switch and pull out the safety key, so that the mower
stops.
SOFT-START
This Lithium-Ion battery Mower is equipped with a “Soft-start” feature. When initially starting up, the
mower will take approx. 3 seconds to get up to full speed. If the mower does not initially start:
Remove the battery and check under the mower deck to ensure there is nothing obstructing the blade
and that the blade can spin freely by hand. Even a small amount of grass on start up will prevent the
“soft-start” from turning the mower on.
