How it Works
Tile CustomCoolT"feature is used m quickly
chill items, thaw items or hold the pan at a
specific temperature. This teatm'e is a

The pan is tightly sealed to prevent
teInperature fluctuations in the rest oI the
refi_igeratol; The controls for this pan are
located at file top of the refl'igerator with
the temperature controls, or on the
dispenser with the teInl)el'atUl'e controls.
ExpressThaw" Non-LCDModels:
ExpressChill"
Select the ExpressThaw'L ExpressChill_
or SelectTemff" pad. The display and
SEYlight will come on. Tap the pad
until the light appem_ next to the
desired setting.
Use the following chart to detemdne
the best setting to use.
On some models, ExpressChill has
onD one 45 minute setting.
To stop a feature beiore it is finished:
ForLCDModels:
Go hlto that feature's menu and press
the OFFbutton.
ForNon-LCDModels:
Tap that teamre% pad until no
options are selected and the display
is oil
During ExpressThaw and
ExpressChill, the display on the
controls will count down the time
ill the cvrle (on some models).
.Mter the ExpressThawcycle is
complete, the pan will reset to the
MEATsetting (32°F [0°C]) to help
presel_'e thawed items until they are
used.
The displayed actual temperature cff
the CustomCoo/pan may \'a D' slightly
fl'om the SETteml;erature based on
usage and operating environment.

How to Remove and Replace the Drawer
TOremove: _ I,ork all tour swing locks by rotating
Pull the drawer out to the stop position, them to file lock position.
@ Rotate all Ibm" swing locks to the unlock
p_siti_ m.
I,ifl the front of the drawer up and out.
Toreplace:
Make stay all four swing locks ;uv in the
unlock position.
Place file sides of the drawer into the
drawer SUl)ports, making stuv the swing
locks fit on the drawer slots.
